Irene is a brain tumor survivor. When we first met, she was understandably fearful of exercise—her balance, coordination, and strength had been deeply affected, and she didn’t yet trust her body.

We began with gentle, seated movement patterns that honored where she was and gave her space to rebuild confidence. As she allowed me the privilege of her trust and committed to working on balance and stability, something incredible happened: she began to transform.

From seated-only exercises to deadlifting 60 pounds—her progress is a testament to resilience, trust, and the power of personalized movement.

5 MONTHs

  • Private one-on-one strength training:

       4 sessions per week 

  • No Formal Cardio

  • Individualized Meal Plan accommodating soy, nut, shellfish, lentil/legume allergies, and gluten intolerance.

  • Emphasis on mobility enhancement, body re-alignment, & knee friendly movement patterns to resolve postural alignment and mediate back and knee pain. â€‹

6 months

  • Private one-on-one strength training:  5 sessions per week

  • Moderate Cardio:  2 sessions per week + daily step goal

  • Individualized Reverse Diet Meal Plan: increased calories to build lean mass while keeping body fat low.

  • Reversed estrogen dominance + amenorrhea* (loss of period/hormonal imbalance) through natural remedies (food).
